We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed.

Items returned to us after this 14-day period will be only eligible for an exchange/credit and eligibility will be considered at the discretion of Richard Duggan & Sons Ltd.

Please be aware that items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped with all ticketing attached and in an unused and perfectly saleable condition.

Richard Duggan & Sons Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’. For hygiene reasons underwear may not be returned. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
